Wanted for these heinous crimes against the state of Massachusetts on Halloween night including, but not limited to:
Possession of an alcoholic beverage in public
Public Urination
Crashing of private party
Entering of a building block party without paying cover
Engaging in dance floor "freaking"
Forgetting of a hot chicks name
Unlawful advertising by way of jumpsuit
For these crimes "William the Adult" is hereby ordered to show himself at a Massachusetts court by February 24th at 1 pm or risk becoming an enemy of the state, much like Will Smith.
Ignoring these crimes will result in loss of rights and inability to party in the Bay State.
